Game Policy

  1. Introduction

    All players registered to Chamoji are required to honor the rules outlined below.

    Players who do not comply with the rules shall be denied use of Chamoji services depending on the degree of the violation

    Breaching the rules multiple times shall result from a severe sanction up to a permanent suspension from our services.

    In accordance with our privacy policy, any case regarding rule violation shall only be handled between Chamoji and the player. We shall not disclose information and provide any explanation, justification, or proof regarding any action dealt against another account or their owners.

    Chamoji may inform the account owners of why their account was sanctioned but is not required to do so.

    The code of conduct presented may not be comprehensive, however, Chamoji , reserves the right to change it at any time and without prior notice. It’s the responsibility of the player to regularly check for updates of the game rules.


  2. Account Responsibility

    1. Account Security

      All users and owners of Chamoji accounts are responsible for all activity and security of their accounts.

      1. Account Sharing

        Any forms of transfer or sharing of account details to another party is strictly prohibited. The owner of the account is responsible for any activity that may take place on their account. Upon the discovery of a shared account, the said account loses any claim of support from Chamoji .

      2. Account Hacking/Compromised Accounts

        Chamoji defines hacking as: use of any illegal software or material that contain any automated programs, macros, third-party bots, scripts, phishing site, viruses, worms, defects, date bombs, devices, computers, scripts on the Website(s), Game(s), Service(s). In the case of a hacked account, Chamoji will not recognize an account as “hacked” if the incident is caused by player negligence.

        Other parties who took part of such activities stated above shall be penalized accordingly. Players who have benefited from these activities with consent or otherwise may be considered accomplices.

    2. Investigations

      Owners of compromised accounts may file a ticket within one (1) month of the incident. The investigation of compromised accounts may take at least two (2) to three (3) weeks and may be extended depending on the severity of the case.

    3. Restorations

      Item removal, deletion, or trashing are solely based upon the player’s judgement. Chamoji shall not be able to do restorations of any kind. In the case of a compromised account, items tracked within the week of the incident may be restored.


  3. Banned Users

    1. Game Block

      Accounts that have been sanctioned a game block may not be able to login to their account until the duration of the punishment unless it is a permanent game block. If the owner of the account thinks the action is inappropriate, he/she may file a complaint via Customer Support and an investigation shall be made. Banned account investigation may take at least one (1) week and may be extended depending on the severity of the case.

    2. Billing Block

      Accounts that have been sanctioned a billing block may still continue to play the game but may not purchase from Chamoji’s billing service permanently using the said account. If the owner of the account thinks the action is inappropriate, he/she may file a complaint via Customer Support and an investigation shall be made. Banned account investigation may take at least one (1) week and may be extended depending on the severity of the case.


  4. Unblocking of Accounts Banned Before Chamoji

    Accounts that have been sanctioned with a game block, billing block, or both may file a ticket for a request to unblock the said account. Owners of the account should take note that Chamoji still reserves the right to deny a request as the unblocking of the account shall be a case by case basis
